iRolePlay and ChatGPT Collaborate to Offer Dual AI Voice Conversations for Streamlined Sales and Increased Results

Our service is the first dialogue-based training service using Japanese language speech.
Japanese speech recognition requires more advanced technology than English because Japanese has many types of characters (hiragana, katakana, kanji, etc.), as well as complex grammar, numerous homophones, and various ways of expression.
To address these challenges, we have combined our own advanced natural language processing technology and speech recognition technology based on numerous patents, to achieve a dialogue system that is close to actual conversation.
From May 10th, we will launch a conversational AI program using "Dual AI" that utilizes large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT.
That will support salespeople to build customer relationships speedily from ice-breaking at the start of business negotiations, which has been difficult to achieve until now, and accelerate the process until closing.
This system has been designed with high security level, enabling it to be introduced without concern for security.
Furthermore, adoption by a major pharmaceutical company has already been decided.
This system combines two AIs
- A proprietary AI that can learn sales pitches, including confidential information, using a neural engine.
- ChatGPT, which excels in realistic communication and enables independent training from the beginning to the end of negotiations.
